What this website does not do

- No embedded maps, videos or social media elements from third parties.
- No cookie banner, because no consent-requiring cookies are set.
Server log files
When you access this website our web server processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. This data is deleted after retention period to be confirmed by the client.
Contact form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep the details for as long as needed to deal with the matter and beyond that within statutory retention periods.
Applications
Application documents are processed solely for the purpose of the recruitment process (§ 4(1) of the Austrian Data Protection Act in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Unsuccessful applications are deleted after the process concludes unless you expressly consent to longer storage.
Recipients
Your data is not sold to third parties. It is passed on only to processors who support us in running the website and our IT, and only on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
